These terms govern your use of teezstick.com and anything you buy from it. The site is operated by ZALBATROSS LLC, a Utah limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm you are.

2. The products

We try to show our products accurately, in photographs and in description. Colors render differently on different screens, and small variations between units are normal in a manufactured product.

Product descriptions, specifications and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, not when you click, and we may decline any order.

We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, both of which are added at checkout.

Launch pricing applies to the first 2,000 units. After that, prices move to the regular prices shown on the site. We state this openly because it is a real limit and not a countdown gimmick: we have never charged more than the launch price, so there is no "regular price" we are discounting from.

Prices may change at any time before you order. If we get a price wrong, we will tell you before we ship and you can confirm or cancel.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are the carrier’s and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we will make it right under the Shipping and Refund policies, which are part of these terms.

7. Returns and warranty

Our Refund Policy and Limited Warranty are part of these terms and are published on this site.

8. Using the product safely

The TeezStick™ is sporting equipment. Use it for golf.

Keep the dispenser opening away from faces. A tee can eject from the cap unexpectedly, so do not look into the opening and do not point it toward yourself or anyone else. Lift a tee straight up instead of rotating it past 90 degrees and two tees can come out together.

The Ground Spike is stainless steel with a sharp point. Keep it capped or stored in the accessory bag when it is not in the ground, keep it away from children, and do not carry it loose in a bag where someone will reach in blind.

Do not use the product or any part of it as a pry bar, a hammer, a weapon or a climbing aid. Do not use it in a thunderstorm, on or near power lines, or anywhere a long metal-fitted pole is a bad idea.

Check the phone mount and any attachment is seated before you let go of a phone. We are not responsible for a dropped phone.

You are responsible for using it safely and for following the rules of the course you are on. Some courses and some tournaments restrict training aids, alignment aids and filming. That is between you and them.

9. Our intellectual property

The site, its text, photographs, video, artwork and layout belong to ZALBATROSS LLC or our licensors.

TeezStick™, ZeezStick™, TeezClick™, TeezStand™ and Zalbatross™ are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

TeezStick and the TeezStick dispensing mechanism are Patent Pending.

You may not copy, reproduce or republish the contents of this site for commercial purposes.

10. What you may not do

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it systematically, to introduce malicious code, or to buy for resale without our written agreement.

11. Reviews and anything you post

If you send us a review, a photograph or a video, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to use it in our marketing, on the site, and on social media, without payment. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to give us.

We may remove anything we consider offensive, misleading or unlawful.

12. Disclaimer

The site and the products are provided "as is" except for the Limited Warranty. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the site or a product is limited to what you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury or property damage arising from misuse of the product.

Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of a product or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Utah, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
