Privacy policy

ZALBATROSS LLC ("we," "us") runs teezstick.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you buy something. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Your card details go directly to our payment processor and we never see or store the full number.

When you visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, and the site or ad that sent you.

When you contact us. Whatever you put in your email, and our reply.

When you sign up for email. Your email address, and which page you signed up from.

Why we collect it

To take and fill your order, to charge you, to ship to you, to answer you, to handle returns and warranty claims, to detect fraud, to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, and to show you our advertising.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for three things: making the store work (your cart, your session), understanding how the store is used, and advertising.

Advertising specifically. We use the Meta pixel, which is a piece of code from Meta Platforms. It records that you visited, which pages you looked at, and whether you bought something, and it reports that to Meta. We use it to measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people who have visited the site or who resemble our customers.

Under some state privacy laws, this kind of advertising is treated as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, even though no money changes hands for your data. You can opt out: email support@teezstick.com and ask us to stop, and we will. You can also use your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor, or turn off ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

You can refuse cookies in your browser. The store will still work, but parts of the checkout may not behave as expected.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never will.

We share what is necessary with the companies that run the store for us:

Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders
Shopify Payments and its payment processors, which handle your card
UPS and the United States Postal Service, which carry your order
Google Workspace, which carries our email
Meta Platforms, as described under Advertising above

Each of these receives only what it needs. We also share information when the law requires it, and if the business is ever sold, with the buyer.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Email correspondence for three years. Analytics and advertising data for the period the relevant provider sets, which is generally shorter.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for asking.

To exercise any of these, email support@teezstick.com. We will answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, which usually means replying from the address on the order.

If we turn a request down we will tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to that message.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard protections, and the store runs over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
